You may use asperix.io to learn about Asperix and contact us. Please don't misuse it. That means no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, no automated scraping that burdens it, and no use that violates the law.
Information and estimates
Content on this website, including the ADA at Risk Calculator, is general information for planning purposes. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on simplifying assumptions. They are not a guarantee of funding, revenue or audit outcomes. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or audit advice. Please consult your district's business office, auditors or counsel for decisions specific to your district.
Text message terms
Program. Independent Study – Short Term notifications, sent through Asperix on behalf of your school district. Messages name your district.
What you'll receive. Messages about your student's independent study: when it starts and ends, what work to turn in, due-date reminders, and when work has been reviewed or needs another look. No marketing.
How you join. By agreeing to receive these texts from your school or district, for example when you give the school your mobile number for independent study messages, or on a district page that uses Asperix.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your student's independent study, typically a few messages for each one.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Asperix and your district do not charge for these messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START or contact your school.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, contact your school, or email info@asperix.io.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We never sell or share your mobile number for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website, its content and design, and the Asperix name, logo and product names (including ISST) belong to Asperix LLC. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Please don't copy, modify or redistribute our content or branding without written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and uses third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling and LinkedIn. We don't control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Independence
Asperix is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of any learning management system or student information system vendor. Product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asperix disclaims all warranties regarding the website, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
